My Story

It all started with 15 + years in pain of my own, which has lead me on a path to understand how the body can let go of stresses, trauma and emotions all through the ever fascinating "fascia".

I always knew what I was going through was always tension related! The pain is in my feet and finding anyone who knows how to provide relief has proven a difficult task. It made me passionate to help understand other peoples tension and help them not go through what i have.

I am qualified in deep tissue massage however I have a natural understanding of body responses that sets me a part from the rest; even going as far as being nicknamed by clients "magic hands"!
